How We Help You Complete Form I-9

If your employer asked you to meet with a notary to complete Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification), you are in the right place! We make remote onboarding quick, accurate, and completely stress-free.
Understanding Our Role
When assisting with Form I-9, we act as an Authorized Representative designated by your employer. Because Form I-9 is a federal employment verification form rather than a notarization, we inspect your documents and complete Section 2 on your employer's behalf. No notary stamp or seal is applied, in accordance with federal guidelines.
How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Step 1: Complete Section 1 Fill out Section 1 of Form I-9 on your own before our appointment. Make sure your name and details match your identification exactly.
Step 2: Bring Original, Unexpired IDs You must present original, physical documents from the federal List of Acceptable Documents (for example, 1 document from List A like an unexpired U.S. Passport, OR 1 document from List B like a Driver's License combined with 1 document from List C like a Social Security Card). Note: Federal rules do not allow us to accept photocopies or digital images.
Step 3: In-Person Document Verification During our visit, we physically examine your original documents to verify their authenticity, record the document details in Section 2, and sign off as the employer's representative.
Quick Checklist for a Smooth Appointment
- Section 1 is completed, signed, and dated.
- Unexpired, original physical IDs are on hand (no copies/photos).
